What we build

Five things we've built often enough to describe in advance, and a sixth for everything else.

Every business now has some version of the same three problems: a phone nobody has time to answer, a calendar that runs on WhatsApp, and years of documents nobody can search. The technology to fix all three has existed for a while. What has been missing is anyone willing to build it properly, to a standard that survives an audit.

01

Medical & health software

Software that can hold patient data. Practice platforms, patient portals, clinical tooling and health apps, designed for the standard health data demands from the first sprint rather than retrofitted before an audit. We build human-in-the-loop by default, so the clinician stays accountable and the software stays clear of medical device classification unless you intend otherwise.

02

AI receptionists

A phone line that always answers. A voice agent that takes calls, books appointments, answers the twenty questions you get every day, and hands to a human the moment it should. It works at three in the morning and it never puts anyone on hold.

03

Booking & scheduling

Scheduling that runs itself. Intake, availability, reminders, rescheduling and no-show chasing, synced to the calendar you already use. Built around your actual rules instead of forcing you into someone else's software.

04

Knowledge assistants

An assistant that has read everything you have. A chatbot grounded in your own documents, policies and product data, with citations, so staff and customers can check the answer. Runs on your own infrastructure if the data cannot leave it.

05

Custom AI applications

Whatever the thing actually is. Consumer and lifestyle apps, internal tools, document pipelines, vision and OCR systems, integrations between software you already pay for. If it involves a model and it has to work in production, it is in scope.

If what you need is not on this list, ask anyway. The list describes what we have shipped, not the limit of what we can build.

How it works

  1. Tell us the problem. Not the solution: the thing that is actually going wrong. The quote form asks for exactly that.
  2. A short call if it looks like a fit. Thirty minutes, free, no deck.
  3. A written scope with a fixed price and a date. Also free, and yours to keep whether or not you go ahead.
  4. Weekly demos on real data during the build, so you see it working (or not working) every week rather than at the end.
  5. Deployment into your environment, and then either monthly support or the keys and the documentation. Your choice.

We will also tell you when AI is the wrong answer, or when something off the shelf will do the job for a fraction of what a build would cost. That happens often enough to be worth saying out loud.

Supporting work

AI systems need something to live in. We build the web layer around them too, and we still take on this work on its own for existing clients, but it is no longer what we lead with.

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe the problem rather than the solution. We'll tell you which of these fits, or that none of them does.
